Unhappy Client:Crown Tombstone
Extremely disappointed with Crown Tombstone's service. From scheduling mishaps to installation delays, every step was a struggle. Despite paying in full, the company failed to deliver on time, citing excuses like truck breakdowns and GPS issues. Poor communication and unprofessionalism made this experience unbearable. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Avoid Crown Tombstone at all costs.NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES

Extremely disappointed with Crown Tombstone's service. From scheduling mishaps to installation delays, every step was a struggle. Shady Crown Tombstones
Bought a tombstone worth R55 338 from Crown Tombstones and they couldn't deliver . We placed the order with them in August 2024(can't remember the exact date)and within a few days we got quote of the design we asked for which was not on their catologue and they asked us to pay 50% so that that they can start with the process of manufacturing and reassured us that they will make it exactly as requested and that they will be done in two weeks which is a time they set for themselves. We paid and sent the POP and during the first week we ddnt get any communication from them and when we reached out asking for pictures of progress as we knew that the materials we requested were a bit scarce and they started to respond with some defence that we should let them do their job ,they Will share the pictures which they never did . On the day they promised that they will share the pictures which was now a Monday of the week we were promised that the stone will be done and installed they still had wrong materials as they sent a picture of a material asking if we are fine with it then we told them that it was not what we ordered . On the Friday before the day of installation they were still not done yet they said we should expect the product at the grave site the next day which was a Saturday and they kept on saying we should settle the remaining balance yet they were not done .They only sent pictures the next week and WHAT A DISGRACE they made ,looks like an amateur's work .We told them that we are not happy with what they made and asked to go view it in person and when we got there we found that they used a wrong material and they got the whole design wrong ,the writing wasn't impressive ,EVERYTHING about that stone was not meeting the standard 🚮.Then we told them that the material is wrong then they said that's the quote they got yet we made it very clear in terms of the kind of materials we wanted . Then the design itself we were like, this we are definetely not gonna take ,they said they will fix it .Now we didn't trust them anymore coz they FAILED DISMALLY on the first attempt. They gave us so much confidence that they will make that design exactly as is when we approached them ,now we ddnt have confidence in them anymore then we asked for our money back and they said NO REFUND and their policies are there on their website . It's fine they are there but we did not know about them ,nothing was disclosed to us and we didn't sign anywhere that we are aware that even if they fail we should just get whatever they made . We felt that we are kind of forced to take whatever they made .They started becoming very rude and unprofessional and they said we will have to wait for them to sell that UGLY thing of which we know for sure that no one is gonna buy ,only then when they find a buyer we will get our money . Then they blocked us on WhatsApp . We haven't heard from them since then . They failed to deliver the service we ordered and they are refusing with our money . 🚮

Crown Tombstones
bought a tombstone worth R52,900 from Crown Tombstones. They did not deliver what I wanted. They failed to execute what they advertised on their own brochure. They used 4 different colour stones on a tombstone that was supposed to be only two colours. Their workmanship was below standard, their flower carving on the tombstone was like a 5 year old did it. They couldn’t even get the writing on the tombstone correct & then the owner condescendingly tried to convince me that they made me a quality product. This is an ordeal from October 2024. Crown Tombstones is currently sitting cozy with my money refusing to refund me. My mother is going through another year without a tombstone because of them. They lack honest & truthful dealings and advertising. If I could give a zero rating I would. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in my life & I will tell anyone looking for a tombstone never to look in their direction.
