Credit Bureaus
I have completed the process of debt review and even received the clearance certificate. The debt counselor did inform credit bureaus that I completed the process and flag must be lifted in 2024. But up till now I am still encounter issues regarding this some pull up that I'm still under debt review, others like Alee Trading is still showing that my account is outstanding even after receiving paid-up letter and sending it through to be updated with credit bureaus. Where and how can I confront this to get resolved because the impact of this is from the credit bureaus are negative. Are the credit bureaus not communicating properly for the updates to be made on our credit profile or where is the problem? This is frustrating as you are not able to make email contact properly with credit bureaus.
