I've been trying to contact them to assist me to get credits for my diploma since 2023 with no luck. I am done with my qualification but still do not have my certifictate

I began studying for my diploma in Operations Management with CPUT Bellville in 2018 Due to the loss of my father and the financial strain that came with it, I failed 3 final year subjects which I registered at TUT AND COMPLETED IN 2022.

I Have been going back and forth with CPUT for Subject credits since then and I still have not received any assistance with this matter. I have submitted all the documents they have required from me, but they don't seem to take my matter seriously. I have to deal with being sent from pillar to post on emails and emails being ignored with no actual assistance.
