Meter reading and utility management
We are extremely pleased with the meter reading and utility management services provided for our Johannesburg (JHB) portfolio. The team has been professional, reliable, and highly efficient in managing a complex and significant workload. They consistently deliver on the core requirements: reading all meters monthly, accurately calculating the differences in consumption, and providing a comprehensive spreadsheet with all readings and dates. Furthermore, their ability to calculate the utility charges and proactively resolve any discrepancies has been invaluable, taking a significant administrative burden off our shoulders. The scope of work handled successfully includes: Total Meters: 91 water meters and 4 electrical meters. Residential Portfolio: 21 water meters (including 10 council meters) across properties in Alberton (Germiston), Braamfontein (JHB ), and Rosettenville (JHB South). Commercial Portfolio: 8 electrical meters and 30 water meters (including 6 council meters), all situated in the Johannesburg CBD. We highly recommend their services for large-scale, detailed meter management and problem queries.

Take your money, no service
Do not use this company, they take your money and do nothing! paid over R16000.00 to receive no service! the feedback received after numerous emails was a reference number with no further details. Use them at your own risk!

House plans
Needed plans for my home in JHB as I was selling it. Requested assistance in obtaining them. Council Solutions successfully obtained the original plans dating back to the early 1900's as well as the plans for a number of subsequent alterations and additions, thus saving me the cost of having new plans drawn up from scratch by an architect. I am very happy with the outcome.

Our Body Corporate was billed for electricity on the Business tariff
Our Residential Body Corporate was billed by the City of Johannesburg on the Business Demand tariff. We gave them instructions to proceed last year , we then moved tariffs to the Residential tariff with effect from 2019. A credit of over R1,75mil was passed. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED

Our Body Corporate was billed for electricity on the Business tariff
Our Residential Body Corporate was billed by the City of Johannesburg on the Business Demand tariff. We gave them instructions to proceed last year , we then moved tariffs to the Residential tariff with effect from 2019. A credit of over R1,75mil was passed. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED

Municipal Building plans and Zoning Certificate and meter issues with city of Johannesburg
We were waiting several months to locate the updated information and my husband wanted to write a bad review but I asked him to give them a chance before he did, they explained that Council was still trying to locate them. They were eventually successful in completing all the outstanding items, my opinion is that people nowadays are more likely to write bad reviews without considering the other side of the matter. Zoning Certificates at Various Municipalities
They have provided 6 updated zoning certificates from City of Johannesburg, City of Cape Town and Ekurhuleni Municipality, Tshwane municipality, Mogale Municipality and Overstrand Municipality over 64 days, for our commercial portfolio. We do appreciate all the work involved.

We gave them two instructions to investigate and retrieve copies of building plans for our clients commercial property in Edenvale and residential property in Roodepoort, both have been received, good services.
