Empty Promises

On the 21st Nov, i visited Corporate Vine to get a quote for T-Shirts of which i made payment on the 21th Nov. I was informed that T-Shirts will be ready the following week but till now i have not received them. I have visited their offices several times and given another day to collect but when i get there, T-Shirts are not ready. My last visit was on Friday 8 Dec of which i was told that T-Shirts will be delivered on Sat 9th Dec, i gave them my physical address guess what NO DELIVERY. I call them again today 14 Dec to check the status of the my Order and i've been told that delivery will be done today and asked for the time it can't be given. I am very disappointed by the service i received and empty promises. Fortunate is the lady that assisted me and i have it clear to her that i'm not impressed at all by the service i received. I would not recommend the Company to anyone. I hope Management will step in and resolve this issues immediately, Don't promise if you can't deliver.
