I bought a car from them on the 12 April 2025
I bought a car from them on the 12 April 2025. The car had things that i was not happy with and i brought them to the attention of the sales person and he promised to get them fixed. I then took the car hoever when i sent him whtsap text as our couication he kept respondig that they are working on the matter as they have odered them from KIA he even sent me a docuement that shows they requested a qoate for the items but never sent me a proof of payment for them. Cut long story short just last week on the 30th may 2025 when i text the sales person he never responds to my texts. The missing items on the car was the foowimg: 1. Front right fender liner 2. Jack 3. Wheel spaner 4. Boot cover Is it possible from Hellow peter to help me in this matter

Poor service
I bought a car on the 1st April 2021 at corona motor in gezina.its been 3 months and now the car has some faults, 1st its a steering wheel, second it's a clutch plate, 3rd gear, 4th the car makes a funny noise on the body right hand side when am driving on a hump. The sad part is am not able to drive the car am paying each and every month.i took the car to hyundai work shop the descript all the fault in writing. So I need them to come fetch the car and fix everything or they must return my money back. I addressed the matter with the sales person by the name of Christo.

Very disappointed in being ripped off by a dealership.
I bought my car at Corona Motors in August 2018 ( VW Polo Tsi 1.2 comfortline 2016 model) As soon as I had the car for two weeks I had to return the car to the dealership to replace the wheel bearing for all wheels because it had been worn out and they had to replace my wipers for the front wind screen and back windscreen , they replaced them but put fake wipers of another car onto my car. I received the car back after a week and had to take it back again the following month. The hand rest was Brocken before I purchased the car and the salesman promised to have it fixed and he didn’t The idling of the car was faulty and I told them and they had said the sound would go away but it did it. The car had white paint stains on it and I asked them if the car was involved in an accident before and they said it was never in an accident. I took the car for wheel alignment and they told me that the car’s back axle was badly damaged and it had happened a while back , and I’ve only had the car for 4months. I called them and asked for a 180 point check (diagnose) of the car and they still haven’t sent it to me. I cannot be fixing something every month for a car I bought cash of more than (R150 000.00) and which has been in my possession for less then 6 months. I plead for help because I travel very long distances.
