HQ staff very helpful, especially Stephen.

I dealt with their HQ in Cape Town regarding a faulty Apple TV Box and Stephen was very helpful. He definitely went out of his way to make things happen and although they tried to fix the issue by replacing the remote first, when I told them the problem still existed, he was able to replace the whole unit. He even sent me an interim digi box so we could keep watching TV whilst they Apple Box was replaced. Thanks
