Hi Anna Bouhail CEO at CLC Expert Academy - is a very diligent and motivated teacher and i have been attending her study sessions since May this year, she has always responded and is very active with her students however since 1 October 2025 we planned to start the October study sessions and Anna has not rep**** for over 9 days, calls are not going through and her website has also gone down - this is very strange and completely unlike her - i am very concerned and i really hope she is okay

I feel so embarrassed that I didn't check credentials myself, but we were referred by a trusted source.. We paid for RE1&RE5 course on 18 September and immediately recieved payment confirmation email from [email protected]. However, by 6 October we never received any communications or study material or link to the course whatsoever. We started following up and found it impossible to connect with one living human: STARTING TOMORROW and on my dashboard, order #152565 shows as "Still processing" - and I am unable to get into contact with anyone: Failed attempts at communication: [email protected] - delivery failed - "does not exist" [email protected] - delivery failed - "does not exist" [email protected] - "...will get back to you in one business day" Chatbot on website - "agent will contact you promptly" ...24 hours...nothing. 010 597 0835 - number suspended 071 000 5529 - voicemail lite... 083 821 8801 - does not exist On Learner Portal no courses displayed and order shows "Still processing". Address given as: Amr Office Park, 3 Concorde E Rd, Bedfordview, Germiston, 2008... but no Block number or Office Number: The address is for the leasing company: Regus - Johannesburg, Eastrand Bedfordview - who may not confirm details of their lessees. We have held out hope that it all might be just misfortunate happenstance, but with broken communication and every avenue a dead end, we are now considering taking steps to lay complaints at FSCA, and the relevant regulating authorities, as well as opening a ***** case with SAPS.

I enrolled for the RE5 study support course and made a payment on the 29 September and was supposed to have received the study material 2 days later, I haven't received anything from them and when I try to call the landline it has been disconnected and emails are bouncing back, the CEO's cellphone number is also going straight to voicemail. The classes are supposed to start tomorrow the 6th. Can someone assist me.
