Managing agent

This management is inconsiderate to the people. They have poor management and communication abilities and are selfish. They don’t maintain, fix , even mere grass cutting. All they know is to say yall don’t have funds but they pay themselves 1st . You will request documents and do follow ups until you get tired. They have ran Villa Rosa to a dead end. This complex looks like a jungle while they enjoy the benefits of being a managing agent . The staff is rude and full of nonsense. No transparency around funds - they just do as they please without informing trustees
