On the 01 October 2025 i took my car for service. A week after that i started getting a warning sign that my battery charging system is malfunctioning. I went back and i was told after paying R6 000 for service i keed to pay R1000 just for diagnosis. I found that was very unfair as when service our cars to know issues. I proceeded to change the battery thinking maybe my battery is old. It turns out i paid for nothing for the battery. I never serviced my car anywhere else excep CMH Hatfield since i had my car. I take my car there so i have such things checked but to pay such amount for service where things are not picked up is a dissapointment.

They sell re-sprayed and accident vehicles and they never tell you. When you ask them, they lie about it. By the time the car starts giving you mechanical problems, they will not entertain you at all.

From the moment I walked in, I received nothing short of VIP treatment! The team at Mazda truly knows the meaning of excellent customer service — friendly faces, clear communication, and genuine care throughout the entire process. Whether it was the warm welcome at reception, the knowledgeable consultants, or the quick and efficient service team, every detail was handled with professionalism and a smile. They kept me informed, respected my time, and even threw in a few laughs — which made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable! If you’re looking for reliable service and a team that treats you like family (but the helpful, non-judgy kind), Mazda is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back — and I’m telling everyone I know!

The dealership advertises a Ford Mustang 2023 model, yellow in colour for R799900. Upon arriving at the dealership I asked if the vehicle was sprayed or was in an accident, the salesman and new vehicle sales manager stated the vehicle had not been in an accident or had spray work done. I pointed out evidence of spray paint on the bumper, bonnet, left and right fenders, left door and rear bumper. Basically only two panels on the entire vehicle have not been sprayed. They were very embarrassed and shy about my having to point it out. When I told the sales manager it was ********* to sell that vehicle as accident free he turned around and walked away. As a CMH dealer I find it shocking that unsuspecting members of the public were being taken advantage of. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE

Pathetic service from the so-called used cars manager, why advertise a vehicle you cannot sell due to its mechanical issues?instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused to us he acted even more stupid for a manager, somebody need to teach that dude how to deal with clients Gonna take this up with Mazda SA

When you buy your vehicle you are really pressured to sign and they don't take the time to explain the charges to you. The after service is none existing, when I called to follow up on an email, the manger was really rude. Worst car dealership I ever worked with.
