Terrible service, did not address the problem, charged and arm an a leg for nothing

18 Dec I used this company's services to attend to my tenant's pool which was green and the pump seemed to have issues. I feel that the team took advantage of the fact that I was not physically available to deal with them directly and that the tenant would not be diligent, hence they came in, did a rubbish job and left me with a green pool and a bill that claimed that they had done a clean and treat service over and above the gasket ring and o-ring replacement which I have come to learn was totally unnecessary and fortified with MASKING TAPE! They did not attend to the pump issue and they did not do the work required to treat the pool and bring it to a usable condition. Shoddy service, zero after care and terrible support from the front desk. Don't use their services unless you have the time to hound them and babysit them every step of the way.
