Fast reliable service
I urgently needed a copy of my Zimbabwean birth certificate from 1969! Hamilton and Merjury were fantastic in getting a copy, having it notarised and delivering it to me in Cape Town within a week of my initial request.

If you need help getting documents out of Southern Africa, Clearance Central is a company you can trust. We needed help getting a birth certificate for my husband who was born in Zimbabwe 81 years ago. Since we got no help from the embassy, we were stumped. After researching at length, we decided on going with a company. Clearance Central did not disappoint. Although some may call them expensive, they saved us a trip from the US to Zimbabwe. Even though there was an erroor on the part of the Zimbabwean government officials on our document, Hamilton was able to rectify the error and get us the certified document we needed. He knew how to navigate government channels and the steps needed to get us a certified document. Thank you Hamilton and Clearance Central for being efficient, dependable and trustworthy.

Top service for a Brit obtaining Zambian Police Certificate
I am a Brit living in London and for Visa requirements needed a Zambian police certificate. I was really worried thinking of queues in Lusaka. I took a punt with Clearance Central and could not have been happier. 1. I needed one copy sent to London and another to my camp in Zambia - no problem and it worked. 2. Hamilton was my main contact and he could not have been more responsive, helpful and patient - even answering emails on Sunday. He really gets “customer service”. 3. Seamless working with the Zambian people who actually took my documents to the Zambian police for checking. From my experience, no hesitation in recommending this team. 👏👏👏👏
