Good day yesterday I had an appointment with my client and it happened u went to multiserve greystone crossing situated in rustenburg.in that I managed to hire theachine only to find the machine was faulty and now I went to the store for my refund and unfortunately I didn't get myoney as we speak now.all I need Is my money now"no longer interested in opting for alternative option I just want my cash cleaning clinic please do call the store direct now as I demand my money back.multiserve Greystone crossing Rustenburg.

We decided to hire a cleaner for our carpets and couches. As soon as my mother tried to use the machine, it didn’t want to go on. She phoned the lady and told her that the machine is not working, where the lady responded in a defensive manner and asked my mother “what do you want me to do”, which resulted in my mom getting frustrated with the bad customer service and my mom told her that she should offer auto nee service that is her role after all, where the lady responded to my mom and told her to calm down and stop being frustrated with her. To be specific this is Cleaning clinic Queenswood.

We decided to hire a cleaner for our carpets and couches. As soon as my mother tried to use the machine, it didn’t want to go on. She phoned the lady and told her that the machine is not working, where the lady responded in a defensive manner and asked my mother “what do you want me to do”, which resulted in my mom getting frustrated with the bad customer service and my mom told her that she should offer auto nee service that is her role after all, where the lady responded to my mom and told her to calm down and stop being frustrated with her. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I just hired a carpet cleaning machine from my local Spar, took it home, followed all the instructions, but the thing didn't work. On the way back to the Spar to go exchange it, I decided to check if I can get someone to come and clean my carpet instead. I found someone that would do it for less than the machine cost me to hire. A supervisor at Spar puts me on the phone with an employee from Cleaning Clinic (I'm very tempted to name her but for now I won't). I ask for a refund and she tells me they have a no refund policy. What needs to happen is someone has to come to me and assess the machine and then who knows what. I don't have time for this as we have furniture arriving tomorrow that has to go in the room where the dirty carpet is. I start getting irritated because she keeps saying there's no refund policy, even though it DOESN'T SAY THAT ON THE FORM I FILLED IN, and then she goes on to tell me she can't help it if I want to have a hissy fit! End of story, I put the phone down and walked out R499 poorer.

Was looking for Karcher Roof, Gutter and Pipe Cleaning Set, product was available and I ordered it late evening of the 12th August 202(Thursday)1, was only expecting delivery the following week. I was searching for a semi-industrial spray-extraction cleaner. I phone a few companies that stocked these machines, however, none of these companies could provide the information on the machines that I needed. I finally phoned Cleaning Clinic, and provided all of the answers to all of my questions in a blink. I placed my order for the machine and the cleaning chemicals, and had my waybill by lunchtime on that same day. Thanks you Cleaning Clinic!

I recently hired the carpet cleaning machine. I got home and started on my room carpets. With the machine behind me and me facing ahead vigorously busy cleaning carpets, or so I thought. I turned around and there was a pool of water, dirty water, that ran out of the machine. My carpet was far worse off than we I started, with just water Everywhere. All this just about as I am to receive foreign visitors for the weekend, it was a mess. I call the Spar to inform them thereof. I was told that they are not responsible. Not long thereafter, I receive a call from a lady from Cleaning Clinic. She informs me that they cannot process a refund and someone will be in touch to 'investigate'. I clearly informed her that I just got the machine, I started on the room carpet, I do not have time to wait for someone, if they don't have a machine at hand I am in hot water. Time has passed and the repairer calls, he was completely rude and blamed me for not using the machine properly. I informed him that I just put in water and disinfectant, nothing different to what I usually do.He insisted that because i used a 'jug' to measure water and not the 'bucket' to measure water, I was at fault. I was SO mad and lost my cool. How could he blame me for their broken machine?I had to hire a company to suck up the water and clean the carpets, which cost me even more that my initial intention. I was livid, and very disappointed. Never will I use this company again. They are rude, they do not care about the client, and they refused to reimburse me for their faulty item.Never again!!
