Fail to deliver a service but easy to receive money for it!

I recently went to Class of K53 Driving School , in order to get a couple of lesson before I do my dricers license. Everything on their social media look like the best school to attend , but little did I know how they really operate. With my first day ,the instructor was late for almost 20 min. I never even knew that you have to pay R40.00 addisional for doing parkings at the K53 parking lot. The instructor was even of help . With in that week of my lessons I had to cancel my other three lesson due to that I started a new job . I wasn't impressed by the poor service I got. I asked about a month ago , email and tried to phone several times , if it will be possible for me to get a refund on my lessons that I cancelled. Till today I have no respond . I asked my laywer try and get information that I seem not to get. All she got was lies from the owner and also very poor response. They are easy to resevieve money from clients , but fail to deliver the good service they prommise to a client. I won't advise any student to go to this driving school.
