China Home Centre
I had a bad experience with purchases from China Home Centre in Springfield park. I purchased a few pots with the brand name Rolux and used one of the pots to do my cooking. Whilst cooking I heard cracking of glass and saw that the pot lid shattered. As I turned around and found the whole lit glass shattered. I went to the store to complain as what had happened and a the manager without even looking at the lid said it was negligence on my side. The lid glass was still intact but shattered. If the lit was dropped then the glass pieces with have shattered and fell on the floor. He was rude and refused to listen to my complain. I would never recommend anyone to do shopping there. It was frustrating that the Manager went to call the owner and he never came to attend to my complaint.

Assault rifle wielding guards to check your slip...***
Never go there, these guys have guards with assault rifle guns at the guns to check your slip. Really intimidating. You are treated like a criminal. I will never go back there

WORST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE AND INSTORE
I remember this place and the horrid experience I have they sell cheap quality furniture at exceptionally high pricing. My incident was last year some time I dealt with Rajiv from their online department and I needed a sleeper couch...so just to check if the price was true i called and spoke to him he then said no worries he will senr me an invoice and the courier fee will be R400 i said cool and made immediate payment. I then get a call back from him to say that he needs an additional R1200 as after measuring it and checking with couriers its alot more. I needed it urgently so i paid..... Would takealot or bidorbuy ever come back to you and say sorry we calculated shipping incorrect you need to pay over R1000 more for shipping ? I guess not... China home centre no idea as to what they want to achieve. They just pop up every were to sell us the same **** year in and out and flee the country with our money. The furniture when it arrived never clicked up to be a couch. Few weeks ago i was in durban and went to china home centre and a big old chinese guy with glasses was screaming at his staff, he is one really rude guy. Thank you Rajiv for wasting my time and money.

WORST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE AND INSTORE

PRICE FIXING HIGH PRICING
The store is at 264 INANDA ROAD, UMGENI BUSINESS PARK !!! STAY FAR AWAY !!! This place is the worst place to shop at, Valueco has items much cheaper, these Chinese people have things 10 x more expensive than game and makro, their online website and app is pretty and nice but they are ripping the people off with their pricing, we need to stop supporting these Chinese people and support our own online stores and business as they completely rip you off with pricing ! THIS STORE HAS CRAZY HIGH PRICES THATS WOULD GIVE YOU A HEART ATTACK, ONE WEEK A PRICE IS 1000 NEXT WEEK ITS 4000, we are not stupid south africans !
