Manager did not allow a chronic person to eat at the shop

Good Day I just bought a chicken liken rock my soul 6 from Alex mall to enjoy it with my mum who is chronic we bought brown bread from Pick n pay and chips from a shop next to chicken liken as the chips where not enough I was told that my mum is not allowed to eat the brown bread in the store mind you for us to enter in chicken liken my mum was shaking and Hunger and is chronic I am so angry and ****ed at the manager and supervisor this happend today at around 13:00
