Bad Quality product

I was very upset with Shoprite when i bought the chelsea sphere biscuits. They were in a bad state so i phoned shoprite to complain and a week later they contacted me back just to say SORRY. I mean really now, i wasted half of the biscuits in the box that i could not use and all they say is SORRY, i mean really now
