Please never use these suppliers. Ordered a rugged phone and received it with packaging opened, phone detective and used. Asked for refund or replacement as per guidance of consumer protection act. New phone promised but till today nothing. Communication stopped. Numbers on websites suddenly not answered. Called head office, Oscar, told me they have display room. Went to display room at Gift acres Lynwood Pretoria. No shop in site. Called head office, Oscar again. Oscar, told me they have display room but it's not marked. Someone will call me to guide me. No call received. Suddenly nobody answer the head office phones. Please be aware of the type of business you would deal with.

Cenava Electronics store advertised as based in Pretoria: Please read through the massive volume of negative reviews before purchasing anything from this store. My experience is the same as dozens of others, taken my money and dissappeared. Please also pay close attention to their generic excuse provided to each unhappy customer, it's impossible for the same problem to apply to a multitude of different customers. I would like to action a "class action" group lawsuit against this company, I have the resources, and welcome any and all disgruntled customers to reach out and to join me. It's time to dismantle this dishonest business. Update: 15/01/2026 - just visited their listed premises this morning (still listed as open online), to be told by other tenants they moved out about 3 months ago.
