Lack of comunication. I am doing busnes with them for more than 2 years. Now the dont reply on your emails any more. I was a good costumer with them but service is none.

Iam dissapointed with the service of Cash balance send my statement yesterday at [email protected] no response called today a lady responded charmaine mavunda from vaal send the her my documents at 12:00 called her line it was off,called again twice a guy from brits branch answered sent him my documents no aknoledgement of receipt and he kept quite.Have been a loyal client but their service is poor and no accountability

Good day, I am writing to confirm whether a payment of R1,722.50, made on 25 July 2025, has been received on your end. I have attached both the transaction confirmation and the filtered bank statement for your reference. Unfortunately, I must also express my disappointment regarding the conduct of one of your call centre consultants. When I contacted your contact centre to follow up on this payment, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the consultant. Rather than assisting me courteously, the consultant engaged in inappropriate commentary during the call, which was unacceptable and uncalled for. This experience was deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your organisation’s commitment to professionalism and customer service. I trust this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent recurrence, as such conduct can alienate loyal clients. I look forward to your urgent confirmation regarding the payment and your feedback on how this service concern is being handled.

Cash balance is a *****ulent company. They have **** to me and made me set up a debit order on my account which they refuse to cancel. If any money is deducted from my account I will sue this company.

Horrible horrible. I have app**** 3 times for a loan. I fill in the application, then email my documents as they request. the next day they will ask me again for documents, i send it again and eventually they cancel my loan because they dont get my documents. Im appalled at this

In terms of thier services offer the years I have been with them I could say it has improved, yes we need money at the end of the day we are the ones in need and get angry if we are not assisted and need quick services. It might take 24 hours for the funds to be in our account but they are reliable in terms of delivery the service.Even if you are a long term client you sometimes get declined because u offer committed for the month and told to come back next month. I'm a customer for years now. It's not a robot but dealing with a humanbeing on the other line. They pull through for you when you need them
