BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM CARTER, VERY UNRELIABLE

Very bad experience with Carta as I bought car from them on finance delivered on the 30 APRIL 2026. They delivered a car with low batter keys and sound on wheels while i was informed the car is 100% service. I was told the car has dim windows, but that is not true. When starting the car, the key error always show on screen prevent me to see other error. I have addressed the matter to them but they are failing to answer even their calls after a complaint. I found it ridiculous that a company of their calibre can fail to resolve client issue. it is like if you took it, forget about help. This is very frustrating to a customer who has to pay for 96 months but given something on less value that what will pay for. My number is ***
