I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the dire state of the hospital during my recent visit. The facility is currently a significant health risk. There was no running water in the taps, and the toilets did not flush, resulting in piles of soiled toilet paper and unhygienic conditions throughout the bathroom areas. This is completely unacceptable in any public facility, but especially in a hospital where infection control is critical for vulnerable patients.

Additionally, upon arrival, the security guard at the gate appeared to be intoxicated and treated visitors in a disrespectful, accusatory manner. This behavior creates an atmosphere of hostility and fear rather than safety and care.

This experience was distressing and deeply disappointing. I urge the relevant authorities to take immediate action to address the sanitation crisis, restore proper water supply, enforce professional security conduct, and ensure that the hospital is safe for everyone who enters.
