Poor service by Car care Melrose Arch
I had most horrible experience with regards to service that I received form Car care clinic in Melrose. I took in my car for just service but it came back misfiring and to date I still do not have my car back. Management sucks and they do not even give update on the work done unless you have to contact them firs. I am utterly disgusted by this. I escalated the matter up with head office and RMI office.
