Request for the refund

I am extremely disappointed with the way my payment issue has been handled. For weeks I have been sent from one person to another with no proper assistance or accountability. Every time I follow up, I am told that payments are no longer handled by the debtors/accounts department and that the matter has been escalated to the team leader, Victor — yet nothing gets resolved.

I have made several trips to campus trying to sort this out, wasting both my time and transport money, only to be told the same story repeatedly. Communication has been poor, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear payment date.

Students should not have to beg for money that is rightfully owed to them. The lack of urgency, transparency, and professionalism is honestly shocking. I hope management addresses this issue because the current system is failing people badly.
