Get your act together!. The token I'm using with Internet banking limits me severely and the consultants don't know what they're doing??.

I added a 32 day notice deposit to my portfolio but now it's worse than before as I can't select any payments to go from my 7 day Deposit, as it doesn't give me the option!?. It's an absolute mess!!. Really Capitec, get your act together. There are still clients of yours that use a token and need full service with internet banking that WORKS!!. I'm having to go back and forth to the Herm**** Whalecoast Mall because the consultants don't know what they're doing?. Its a disgrace!
