Shockingly appalling experience
Shockingly appalling experience. Broke freezer ect... Paid them. Unresponsive now.

17 Mar 2026, 11:26Cape Repairs came to repair my fridge, freezer and aircon and now all items are not working. They overcharged massively. After a struggle to get them back, someone came to gas the freezer, again after they already gassed all three items the day before and still nothing is working. In fact the freezer is not freezing at all and the door dosn't suction close. The fridge he turned up to 7. I have never heard that anyone does that to a fridge. They are unresponsive now and gone with the money. An inspector should go and investigate the company so that the ****ming of people can stop. If they are not specialists in the field of work then they shouldn't offer the service. It appears that the same pattern appears as noted in the reviews. It also appears that they go out to damage your things and after they receive the payment, they disappear.
