Bad Customer Service
I have been trying to contact to get a quotation and I have been ignored for the longest time sending countless emails and calling them. I literally lost out on an opportunity because of their incompetence

Greatly disappointed.
Worst experience ever. I don’t know if I am being ****med but the camera I paid for last year I patiently waited for has never been in stock so I requested a refund and I have still not received it after I patiently communicated instead I keep being told “it should be in your account in your a few days”. I requested this refund last year. I’m so frustrated and defeated by this whole thing.

Great Experience.
Great experience. Even through the delivery hiccups the camera warehouse team was very communicative and always kept me in the loop and when the delivery company faltered they made sure i got my order regardless. 09/10 would recommend

Definitely Recommend
I ordered and paid for a pair of binoculars online on Sunday the 14th of February and I was pleasantly surprised when I received the package on Wednesday the 17th of February. What excellent service. I will definitely recommend Camerawarehouse to anyone.
