Spoilt product

While traveling I bought *2 Cadbury slab chocolates at the Engen 1 Stop N1 garage in Colesberg. At my surprise one of the slabs was spoilt. It looked like it was swimming in water and tasted diluted. It was horrible. As I mentioned I was traveling and could not return the chocolate to the garage so I contacted Mondelez SA and sent them proof of purchase as well as the images of the spoilt chocolate. They requested my personal details and went MIA. It's discussing how a reputable company would treat its customers like filth. The chocolate was contaminated and the biscuit pieces were soggy.
