The worst network every nothing works not the website, not the APP or the airtime vouchers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most worst network you can use.Do not use them.I bought a R60 airtime voucher for c connect only to be told by the consultant at c connect its the wrong airtime voucher.I am losing R 100 now because they refuse to give back my money and to a lack of information for customers on which voucher is the correct voucher.Do not use c connect the worst network you can use.All they say is sorry it's the wrong voucher not even try to refund me the R60 I lost.Pathetic service.Be warned do not use them!!!!!!

I was discontinued my contract with c connect and they still want to deduct money on my bank account
I was discontinued my contract with c connect and they still want to deduct money on my bank account. I stated it as unauthorized on my capitec banking app.

C-connect is basically a ****
I have tried to reach out to Blue Label connect and c-connect numerous times. Since I started with my phone contract. Debit orders are on wrong dates. The airtime does not get loaded. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no avail. Also no one get's back to me. I have tried and keep on being debited for a phone i told them is not the phone i needed.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM SUCK!!! I REGRET TAKING A CONTRACT WITH THEM
I call their customer service number after I was advised by FNB that the ussd code for EWALLET IS BLOCKED BY MY SERVICE PROVIDER. I spoke to 4 different people who could not help me even their team leader who be littled me.
