Pathetic, no effort!!!!

BXC does not respond to repair my meter which stopped giving signals 23 January 2026 already. For almost 2 weeks's visit to their office, phone calls and whats apps, they keep on promising to send an electritian but still nothing. For the meter not giving signals, electricity we buy also are not loaded!!!!!
