Pathetic Customer Service!!!

Burger King Regina Mundi Drive Thru! Very pathetic service, I waited for 8 minutes before placing my order, and another 6 minutes to Pay! And waited again, what is the Drive Thru SLA!? One would think it’s faster to be on the drive thru!!

I’m so upset that I had to yell at someone who gives a good service. managers need to pay attention to this matter urgently!!!
