THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE, ********* AND HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. I WENT TO THE SHOP ON THE 8TH OF MAY 2026 EARLY IN THE MORNING. ASKED FOR A SERVICE KIT, GAVE THEM ALL THE CAR DETAILS THEN THEY SOLD ME THE KIT. GETTING 1 THING WRONG IS OKAY BECAUSE NOBODY IS PERFECT BUT THE WHOLE KIT WAS WRONG... PLUGS, OIL FILTER, AIR FILTER, 5L OIL ALL WRONG... THEIR RECEIPT SAYS AFTER 3 DAYS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NOBODY TOLD ME NOR IS THERE A SIGN THAT SAYS 5L OIL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. I WENT BACK ON THE 11TH, 3 DAYS LATER ... I WAS WILLING TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE TO GET THE RIGHT THINGS BUT THEY DONT HAVE THE CORRECT OIL FILTER SO I DECIDED FOR A FULL REFUND TO GO TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE... THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTED THEY WONT EXHANGE OR REFUND THE OIL OR LET ME TOP UP THE MONEY TO GET THE CORRECT ONE. SO NOW IVE DRIVEN 4 TRIPS, LOST TIME, PETROL, HAVE NO SERVIVE KIT AND SITTING WITH THE WRONG 5L OF OIL, SEALED... I ABSOLUTELY HATE BLACK BUSINESSES, IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE... SIES ... WHOEVER IS READING THIS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, RATHER JUST GO TO MIDAS OR GOLDWAGEN OR SOMETHING PROFESSIONAL, THESE IDIOTS ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING...

I called bumper to bumper for a quote I was transfered to the quotes department where a guy picked. This guy was rude when I greeted him he just said I must just tell him what I want without greeting back and when I told him what wanted he made disagreement filler sounds and told me Im trying to be funny. Why would I waste my time and airtime trying to get help just to be funny?

This place should rather just close their doors! Staff is extremely rude when they answer the phone, they take forever to answer and they sometimes put the phone down in your ear, what a useless place and staff! Close your damn doors please

Worst experience ever, those salesman/woman are rude and impatient. They gave me the worst service ever. Not friendly. Horrible human beings. They can't even pay attention to detail coz their in a hurry for nothing. Next thing they give u a wrong item even though you showed them a picture, nd they act like it's ur fault. The next thing wen u ask for a refund they want to charge u for their Horrible services. Those ****** f@#$ are crazy🤞

A radiator was purchased from Bumper to Bumper on 13/01/2026. It was later discovered that the item purchased was the incorrect model. A clear photo of the receipt was taken, showing all relevant transaction details. On 14/01/2026, the original till slip could not be located; however, the photo of the receipt was presented as proof of purchase and an exchange for the correct model was requested. Bumper to Bumper refused to assist, stating that company policy requires the original receipt and that no exchange is permitted without it. This is ******** and goes against the CPA. Too many customers have been complaining about them, something needs to be done. The Consumer Protection Act, Consumer Good and Service Ombud and National Consumer Commission needs to intervene!

I ordered car parts from Bumper to Bumper website whatsapp contact. They sent an invoice and I paid. I then went to collect on the following day only to be told that I have been ****med as their website has been cloned. The guy just said that and told me to go to the police station and turned his back on me murmuring that I am not the first one. I felt defeated and believe that they should take some responsibility. We are not stats, but customers who should be treated with respect. I wonder how many more people fell into the same trap while their business runs as normal

I phoned in to find out if they have a certain part I am looking for and the guy on the phone was so rude. I forgot the name of the part that I need for my Peugeot and he just told me that he doesn't have it. How do you help if you are not willing to find out what I need?? I was just defeated and didn't even bother getting the name of the part as first impressions count for me! Good luck with your rudeness you won't go far. After all the bad reviews I've seen I'm glad I didn't have to even start doing business with them.
