Their tanks are not able to hold water at all

I bought a 5000l water tank on Friday, Sundays afternoon I put water in it, when I woke up in the morning the tank was down, I could not hold the water. I have been in contact with the store manager, whom also cannot give me any answers. Their head office numbers are not attending to as I have been calling them since Tuesday. Now I’m stuck with a plastic for a tank
