BT Games - WORST EVER! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely worst decision I have made - after going into store speaking to them and getting all relevant information i advised I will return next week - so I returned the next week - after spending a considerable amount of money at the BT Games store canal walk - bought PS5, additional controller, charging dock, G923 steering with pedals and also a 35 inch Alienware monitor - i specifically asked is the screen curved (the guy didn't know and opened the box to then only confirm yes) I specially showed them the gaming rig I bought my son and the said the screen will fit on it (yet the screen does not fit on the gaming rig) I called the store the same guy who opened the box to see if it is curved, then tells me yes this is a monitor and needs to be on the stand and put on a table (what? You told me the previous day it fits in the rig).

Yes I opened the box and took the screen out with the HD cable thinking yes I my son will be happy - just to see this monitor will not fit on my gaming rig - bear in mind everything else still in tact - I did not even open the power cable as I did not intend on starting up the monitor because I was already upset that it does not fit.

The store says they need to call head office - the lady that makes decisions is over seas - i called head office and the national manager tells me the refund will be declined because its not in its original form (how can it be in original form if I bought it and opened it so see i was misled? ) - I am told we cannot refund this as we cannot resell it.

National manager says he got feedback from the store guy who confirmed that the power cable was still in original packaging and form so how would I have put the monitor on? National manager says he will email the lady who is over seas and get back to - I asked him in the phone was the probability of a refund (he basically told me 0%)

Absolutely gutted and dossapointed with the service for a gaming place.

Rest assured I will advise all my family and friend to stay far away from this place - was so disappointed that I opened the rest of the items as I wouldve taken it all back and rather support another store.

BT Games Absolutely disgusting customer service.
