BRIDE AND CO - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Bought a dress with the assurance that they would be able to alter it. Got there for the alteration and informed they cant. Had to buy another more expensive dress. The event is 13 days away and they only wanted to help me on the 28th - 4 days before! Normal time for collection is not more than 7 days before event date. Had to beg for another date but not without the "I'll see if I can squeeze you in" attitude. Disappointing and agitated by their lack of urgency to assit because they have an operational process to follow :(
