Very disappointed
Staff is friendly store is clean but lets not talk about the food i purchased a pie from the deli twice and horrible is not the word it was always cold and soggy more flakes than actual flakes also purchased the chicken and mayo sandwich try that was also terrible under was burnt the chicken and was cold and looked old asked the lady how old it is she said its fresh and already heated

Very disappointed

Horrible customer service from Ruth
Unpleasant experience with Ruth on the 24th of October- she has an attitude and she was very rude when assisting me. I normally do my grocery shopping here but today was definitely my last day there

SUperSpar Brackengate, Brackendowns, Alberton, I was trying to call a spar employee to notify them of a an important message however I was rudely address by the spar teller supervisor who does not seek to support the relaying of important information for her staff I.e. death notifications or other urgent matter prioritizing whatever Spar task they are as opposed to assisting staff with connecting and understanding the urgent calls requirements. The lady was outright rude and gave no regard for her staff members as well as the customer myself on the call sickening customer etiquette.

Superspar brackengate supervisor needs training
Superspar brackengate in brackendowns, I was behind a lady who's card was not going through and they tried it twice. She expressed concern that if they tried again that her card could be locked. A colored woman supervisor with a monumental chip on her shoulder then told the lady she mustn't talk to her like "that" when the lady said "I'm going to be very upset if it blocks my card". The supervisor them went on a rant and when the customer walked out she was called a *****....if this supervisor had spoken to me like that, woman or not , she would have been given a "p"akkie "k"oekies

rotten food
we busy complaining that Pakistan's are killing us with rotten food and all but what about big franchiser's we trust and support in south Africa i honestly feel dissapointed seeing that this has been going on and im not the only client who has complained about Store: Brackengate -superspar selling rotten food and funny enough they don't even care the manager there Antonio is so rude and doesn't even consider the customers if you look closely I'm not the only client complaining about this franchiser's rotten food and I'm sure this has been going on for years and they still proceeding as if nothing is wrong my child is vomiting as im typing this due to the food she ate from this franchiser and guess what because i dont have a voice this will also happen to someone else and what if you wont even be lucky

Rotten Chicken feet
Not happy with the quality of the chicken feet I purchased they all look disgusting inside and smell horribly like blood
