On the 5th December I ordered and paid for 24 Fitch & Leedes Ginger Beer. I received Fitch and Leedes Ginger Ale. The only response I receive is "The Case has been reported and escalated to the warehouse" It is more than 2 months ago and nothing is being done about it. If incorrect stock is delivered at a lower price than paid for DO NO EXPECT ANY REFUND OR THE CORRECT STOCK. I do not recommend using this company for any order online

Bottleshop.co.za was placed in Business rescue earlier this year by its creditors.
The previous Managing Director has resigned and the business is under completely new management.
