Horrible and slow service!

We arrived with my family and infant, ordered rooibos tea which took 35 mins to arrive. Got the tea which was cold. My friend ordered hot chocolate got a Chai latte. The order took another 20 mins for simple drinks!!!

The food took over an hour to arrive. Yet other people who arrived AFTER us, got their food before us! We asked the manger what’s the reason for the delay, no proper explanation was provided and she was very condescending with her responses and sounded a if we didn’t matter. She actually sounded very bias and ****** as if our money is of no value compared to other patrions.

I liked what I saw on your website but clearly didn’t meant any proper decorum I anticipated. No more. I’ll spend my time and money with other restaurants.
