Worst day of my life with the Borman Schoeman Attorneys
Worst day of my life when i started the journey with Bornman attorneys they made my life a living hell 2yrs of miserable i thought ill be done by now still its hard to just remove the red flag 2yrs of sorrow for me they keep sending me pillar to post for just to update my status

Worst day of my life when i started the journey with Bornman attorneys they made my life a living hell 2yrs of miserable i thought ill be done by now still its hard to just remove the red flag 2yrs of sorrow for me they keep sending me pillar to post for just to update my status

Failed me as a customer
Worst service ever and a nightmare of my life i entered into a program with Bornman Attorneys 2yrs ago to help me with debt review removal till today no luck as she lacks communication she waits for me to call her and gives me the same excuses up until today on the 21st Jan 2026 it was court date i was granted a court order still no communication after the court up until again i call her what is worse she is always busy that she ignores my calls then someone else will tell me she is busy she will call me it will pass a week with no return call my life its a mess of just one person who failed me as a customer to get my freedom and i paid R7500 she just need only to update my ncr and to remove only the flag is it too much to do Susan you failed me as a customer i tried calling you several times with no luck you dont have customer service at all i even paid all of my debt but im stuck with debt counsellor HENDRICKS on my profile feel for a human being and do the right thing and not be escalated to LPC

Very unhappy customer.
Yea were to began i called them johan van niekerk he promised me everything will be handled and then when im sorted he will put me with the flexypay payment system and all will be paid in fact that was in 2024.i paid all the money before he started working.no today 2025/09/10 i got a letter from the high court that they take judgement against me.i contacted johan van niekerk and hes responce was they did all the work but the people take action in secret.wow.now thats a company that the ncr must investigate he changed over to anton zeelie atorneys sies man.take the money and then tell the people theres nothing he can do.YOU must be INVESTIGATED.oohka and verry quick to answer you wow sies man.my broer IF you read this neh.remember when you hit rock bottom think of me.ill be waiting for you.

Poor service from Atlas finance and Bornman Marlow Inc
Please assist me resolving below case, Account number: **********, Matter Number: 2ATL4486, Creditor: Atlas Flow. I'm not getting any assistance from either atlas finance or their lawyers Bornman Marlow Inc. I have never taken any loans with the company, I've called their call centers many times without a success. Even the lawyers couldn't assist me, they couldn't prove or show any documents signed by me. My last option now it's logging a complaint with National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) (NFO). This issue is affecting my credit score and now I'm being told that I need to visit their offices in order for them to assist, I must spend my hard earned cash to resolve issues created by them

**** **** ****!! These people will take your money and ignore your calls, oh and they create a debit order that cannot be reversed or stopped, so they will continue to rake money from you every month and there is nothing you can do about it. Please do not trust these people.

refund still not paid
So bad , the ever mistake i made was to let them debit on my account . i can't get my refund and lady is so rude . this is a no go area . the Director is always sick or not in the office .all i can say is stay away as far as you can

Very bad. Was told the debt review process will take 6 months. They never sent details just kept debiting until I cancelled the debit order and they ended up sending documentation but I requested a refund since nothing was done for 5 months. Everytime I request an update with payment, I am told the director is not well.
