Pthethic service
Unsatisfied with Bokamosa Ikusasa Funeral We are deeply disappointed and hurt by the service received from Bokamosa Ikusasa Funeral. Our loved one passed away in March, and to this day, there has still been no payout. We paid the policy faithfully with the belief that, in our time of grief, our family would be assisted to give our loved one a dignified burial. Instead, we were left stranded and heartbroken, having to carry not only the pain of our loss but also the added stress and financial burden caused by Bokamosa Ikusasa Funeral’s failure to honor their promise. This company has shown no compassion or integrity. To us, they have proven to be unreliable and *************. We strongly advise others not to trust them with something as important as a funeral policy.

Unsatisfied with Bokamosa Ikusasa Funeral We are deeply disappointed and hurt by the service received from Bokamosa Ikusasa Funeral. COMPLAINT,BAD SERVISE EVERY TIME
Hi The service in company is nonsense they are so unproffessional.I was two months behind with my payment and I paid It was a nightmare jus to get someone to confimed payment received an update my policy.Today I received an SMS from RANDMUTUAL saying I'm behind with my payment I called BOKAMOSO and spoke to an incompete lady from the DUBE branch and still no communication from them.I sent 5 whatsapp messages they were read but no response.BOKAMOSO IKUSASA is a disappointment!!!

PAYOUT ****
My daughter had passed away October 2024, and I have since put the claim on the second week of October, but there hasn’t been any payout till to date. There has been back and forth with on the payout date, I went through all the process of submitting the papers and provided my banking details but we still have not received any payment or communication with regards to our payout.

Bokamoso Burial.
My aunt's grandmother passed away at the age of 90 (Lizi Ditsela). My aunt claimed but her claim was rejected as they say they said her she was over age. They did not specify the age limit when my aunt joined and they where still deducting money every whereas they knew she was over age. She joined in 2012 and they where still deducting . I want to know what would be the way forward.

People should try not to fall trap of this ****. Bokamosa Ikusasa its very big in Gauteng.....so people must be aware of it.

Pay out not been paid since claim on Monday and funeral is tomorrow, NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE
They have bad service, we went to claim as we have a funeral service at home to arrange for and up to now we have gotten the payment from them as when we went to Mae the claim we went straight to their head office and when we followed up today we were told there is no one who will help us, we will only get help tomorrow, do you know how frustrating it is to have to wait for the pay out when you made certain to inform them about the funeral early and not receive any assistance from them and the worst part is that I am not the first person to have this happen to them, to them it's normal
