Data-Driven Coaching, Real Results
I came in skinny-fat and left genuinely strong. My PT designed a phased programme — fat loss first, then progressive overload — and tracked my body composition monthly so we could see real data, not just the scales. The transformation in my physique and my confidence has been nothing short of remarkable

“I GOT MY MONE BACK. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT”
This is a **** platform. I deposited £90,000 worth of bitcoin but unfortunately I couldn't withdraw a dime from it. I tried to contact the customer service but no one was responding to my mail so I decided to contact -MONEIORECLAIM.COM- who took charge and recoup all I lost to this platform. I had to share my experience to help people as well

the body lap in kempton park it`s a ****, i signed an gym open arragement i went there for 4 months, due to hyginec issues, i got the messages saying my account was beeing handed over, while i was paying as I train

I NEED MY REFUND
This people are crooks, I have been waiting for my refunds now their number is not working. This lady Evelyn I hope she is happy with herself. I need my refund cause I didn't ask you people to close your Gym in Kempton part Now I have to suffer for me to receive my refund

Body lab scammers
I was passing by the mall the other day and i came across the body lab sales consultant telling me about free gym trial- whatever the name might be that i have to come to the gym for 30 days for free- and if i don't like the gym i can always stop- he ask me to put some contact details on the paper which i did- i did not know that i am signing a contract for gym membership. Scammers, there was a month whereby R179 if not mistaken was debited form my account and i reverse it - i though it was mistake and it will be rectified. Moreover some information I didn't even fill in. I was shocked to see my next of kin working for pep in kempton park and yet she is a lecture for 10 years, ask for for a contract my signature was not correct they requested my old formal signed documents which I did then the lady called rinder or whatever never contacted me again now I am getting SMS saying I am owing about 4k
