Bad Service!!!

**** Service!!! I made an inquiry 2 weeks about a used BMW that was interested in. I got a call the same day and was quite impressed however, I had to call back and ask for feedback regarding my trade in. The salesperson **** and said that I didn’t answer my phone. I checked my phone records and there is no missed call or voicemail from BMW Westland.

After I called and heard this person’s lies, I was promised that he will WhatsApp me with options of what vehicles are available. To this day, I am still waiting for that message or call.

Thank you but I will go to BMW Joburg South which offers way better service.
