I would like to commend the introduction of the new tape/adhesive bread bag seal. I personally prefer this seal as it gives me confidence that the product has not been tampered with. In today’s environment, product integrity is very important, and this seal really sets the brand apart. I’ve become so used to it that when I come across the old plastic clip in some stores, I actually hesitate to buy because I’m unsure about the product’s authenticity. That said, I would appreciate consistency across all stores in using the new seal. It would also be great if it could be made slightly easier to open and reseal without losing its effectiveness. Overall, I fully support this improvement it’s a great step forward and deserves recognition.

After the bad experience I had a couple of times with this product in February this year, I must say it took a while however they turned it around for me I received full feedback and a apology and a voucher from them! Thank you

I have since introduction of the new bread bag sealer switched to another brand that offers the plastic clip . The seal is time consuming to try to open and seal it’s definitely does not work for me

I am absolutely shocked!! Blue Ribbon was my nr1 bread brand up until now. I bought a loaf of bread as per usual, just to find that the bread halfway had these black coverings over half of the slices, some more covered in black whatever it is than others. I choose blue Ribbon over anything else no matter the price , but after tonight, i will not be buying this bread anymore. Whats worse is that I have kids to feed. SHAME ON YOU!! I have bought this product since it came out and never had a problem with anything but the last three or four times I have bought this product it has had holes and dents in them, it was not at any of the ends no it was usually from the 4th slice on wards to the middle. What makes me so upset is that bread has become very expense and I sent an email to the customer care department regarding this matter it has been two days now and they have not even bothered to respond back with a call or email or any form of communication this is just sad that this is the service delivery that one gets these days, you would never have seen this back in the day, companies don't care anymore it is all about profits now a days and bottom lines,

I have a blue ribbon white bread with the best before date as the 7th Feb 26, it got mouldy yesterday 5th Feb 26 and I had to throw it away. It was almost a full loaf!!! This isn't the first time they the bread gets mouldy before the best before date. Blue ribbon bread used to be the best and you could use it a few days after the best before date but for the past few months I can't keep it too long. Blue ribbon needs to do something about this
