Blue Label Telecoms
Based on recent customer reviews, Blue Label Telecoms is facing significant customer dissatisfaction, with a recurring theme of unauthorised debit orders linked to RCS, Makro, Game and Edgars store accounts. Customers consistently mention being signed up to mobile content or voucher subscriptions they claim they never authorised, often after receiving cold calls offering vouchers or discounted phones. Complaints frequently highlight difficulty cancelling, prolonged refund delays, unresponsive call centre agents, and missing proof of enrolment. Several reviewers also report misleading contract phone offers and deductions of large lump sums from store credit.

I bought electricity worth R100 on the 18/12/2025 via ABSA app, the purchase was unsuccessful but they deducted the money. I called ABSA and they directed me to Blue Label Telecoms. They took my details and promised to get back to me but they didn’t. Today I bought R200 electricity from my ABSA app the purchase was unsuccessful but they deducted the money, I tried calling Blue Label Telecoms but my calls couldn’t get through

Good day I trust you are well. I spoke to DYT which is dress your tech about the debit order that went off on bank account. They say they are not responsible for the debit as they do not call clients and they do not register debit orders. I would like to have that call recording of the day when you called me to sell me the contract phone because I am busy talking to my lawyer regarding this matter as I feel that I have been taken advantage of as I am a nobody. Your company is playing games with us harding working people, you can't justctake money from my bank account and the refuse to return my money. My bank account is private and I feel that my privacy was invaded by your company. Please sort this out and give me feedback.

Blue Label Telecom is *****ulently debiting money from the monthly repayment which I am making to RCS account (Makro) since July 2025 to date. The company claims that I have subscribed to a voucher that they debit R179 per month for, and I did not subscribe for such. I requested for proof of "my subscription" which they are unable to produce. They refuse to refund all the money that they have been ****ming me of. Please assist!
