CLAIMING IGNORANCE

I RECEIVED A CAR IN OCTOBER AND IT BROKE IN JANUARY BLACKSTONE SAYS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CAR, THE FACT IT WAS REOSESSED BECAUSE FUTURERENT WERE NOT INFORMED I MOVED Wesley is claiming ignorance He doesn’t want to send me the documents I signed at Blackstone which apparently was an offer to purchase and the inv. Taking into acc that Blackstone apparently had nothing to do with supplying me with a car I assume it’s a *****ulent doc that Blackstone made me sign? I didn’t receive anything or have any link to Blackstone and even though I paid them the deposit the money belongs to Blackstone because I received the car from FutureRent…………… If you are confused at this point I assure you that so am I So at best I am attempting to link the chain of events together. I can guarantee that Luke and Wesley will disagree though MAY 2024 – • I SEE ADD FOR RENT TO OWN • I CONTACT THE NUMBER PROVIDED • WESLEY MAKES CONTACT – I EXPLAINED THAT I WANT A RELIABLE CAR BECAUSE I AM MOVING TO JHB • PROCESS BEGINS JUNE 2024 • WESLEY INFORMS ME HE FOUND A VEHICLE • THE DEPOSIT IS TOO MUCH BUT I MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT OF R3000.00 JULY – AUGUST • WESLEY WAITS FOR ME TO COME UP WITH THE BALANCE OF DEPOSIT AND INFORMS ME THAT HE WILL ONLY START LOOKING WHEN I HAVE THE MONEY SEPTEMBER • I MAKE A WITHDRAWEL FROM TWO – POT AND INFORM WESLEY TO GO ADHEAD OCTOBER • I COLLECT THE CAR FROM BLACKSTONE CPT AND DRIVE IT TO ELS JANUARY • I MAKE THE MOVE TO JHB AND 1 WEEK LATER THE CAR IS BROKEN • I CONTACT WESLEY AND HE SAYS THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHINGTELLS ME ABOUT FUTURERENT JANUARY • ROBYN PERENZEE FROM FUTURERENT CONTACTS ME ABOUT THE REPAIRS AND ASKS ME WHERE THE CAR IS. • I INFORM HER ITS AT A MECHANIC THAT IT WAS PICKED UP FROM ME AT WORK AND SHE ASKS FOR MY ADDRESS WHICH I PROVIDE. JANUARY – • ROBYN PERENZEE FROM FUTURERENT TELLS ME I AM IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND THE CAR WILL BE CONFISCATED – • THROUGHOUT THIS I AM ASKIG WESLEY AT BLACKSTONE WHATS GOING ON AND HE SAYS THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO Consequently: I lose the car My deposit Almost my job because I had to start making use of public transport and started arriving late as a result. This morning Wesley said he did nothing wrong, and I is wanted I must contact MIOSA. Am I to understand that : • The offer to purchase was supposed to come from Futurerent because the car belonged to Futurerent? • Why did I pay a deposit to Blackstone if FutureRent merely had me pick up the car at there premises? • What happened to the deposit I paid because apparently (as per Wesley) the deposit amount was deducted from the vehicle price? Why did Blackstone then keep the deposit and not hand it to FutureRent? • Wesley also refuses to advise why he did not inform FutureRent of my move. (Continuously telling me “You must take it up with them. I can’t help”)
