Wosrt online store
Everytime I order from Binuns there is always an issue. Either no stock or still waiting for stock even though it shows "in stock" on line. Now after waiting for the stock I get an email saying "it seems you have not paid for the order" which I did. I called and they simply say please ignore the email. Dear Binuns I dont think you should be playing in the online store game.

ERROL the owner or manager racially profiling customers
Hi bought two Watches from them, their courier DSV, failed to deliver timeously. Eventually delivering after I collected items at store. I returned extra watches as a courtesy. On texturing items...the owner ERROL was on the floor...without asking if im assisted or note , he just showed me aside from the counter, so a white lady can be assisted... his whole attitude stinks.

Binuns and and YB Ambiente ****s
These topple go under the name of YB Ambiente on TakeALot. They false advertise their products with the hopes of you not noticing once you receive the item. I ordered a TV and received an inferior TV, I asked them to take it back and replace it with the correct TV only to say the item is not available. They are still advertising the exact same TV with stock all over South Africa. Stay away from YB Ambiente on TakeALot!!! They are ****S!!!!

Great service albeit some delays
I ordered 2 swiss army knife of there website 12 days ago(a friday) and was told on the monday that the website was incorrect and there were delays in the good getting to their warehouse i was kept in the loop on the progress of my order BY DUMI who assissted me excellently and answered my emails that I sent the courier service they use DSV was excellent and provided detailed tracking information once my order had been sent.I would however suggest perhaps including a invoice of what has been ordered in the package otherwise besides the delay which was only 2 more working days than promised their service was great and would buy again

Delayed delivery and false advertising
Worst experience ever,I ordered online on the 26th of December 2022 I still haven't received my order and it's almost mid month of January2023,no communication from them unless I make means to phone and find out what's going on ,only to hear pathetic excuses about drivers being at Johannesburg for what ever reasons....
