closed before the time

<p>On Sunday 29 may I went to purchase biltong from biltong@za at stone ridge shopping centre in jhb. I arrived there at 13:55 pm to find doors are locked,and there are customers inside yet business hours state on doorsunday 9am to 14:00 pm, the door was opened at 13:58 for the customer and her daughter to leave I asked eploye of shop if I could purchase some biltong ,she just looked at me closed the door in my face, I knocked on door and said its not 14:00 yet she promptly ignored me took a cloth or something from counter and quickly started wiping off the shelves. I am very disappointed that this is how customers are treated after all I only purchase my biltong from there. I spend R200 at a time at this shop. But unfortunately I don't think I will ever be returning there again,and will never again refer anybody there again. If this is what happens to me I wonder how many other people this has happens too. I love my biltong and they where rated the best in my book up until today.</p>
