Pathetic service

Bought motor from them after the machanic fitted the motor there was a noise in the motor so phoned them and they said to take the bike to there machanic he said there is someting wrong with the valves so i took my old motors head so he can fit it to the new motor i bought for 7.5k. A week later ge said the crank is broken so bike parts obline said he must take out motor. Ouoa from bike parts said that they have new motor but price is 15k and 2.5k for fotment tjen i wil have guarantee i paod the 15k and he said it wil take 3 days to compleet and i need to pay 2.5k once i pick the bike up. My bike has been standing there a week and when i phoned this morning oupa don't know about the 3 day so he gave the phone to the manager. Tgis guy was so vosy over the phone and when i wanted to speak ti the owner he said he was over seas. He told my friend he is going to take the motor out and throw my bike in the street and that after i paid 15k to them. Now they need 2 bolt but the bike was taken fron there machanic to them and the one bolt is on the cover off the engin so the motor not compleet. That whole shop who strip bikea for living don't havevthat two bolts i think it is to buy time because my bike not finished. The service ia pathetic!!!!
