I don't know when the service at this place declined, but I was almost in tears by the horrible service I received on the 16 of April while taking my car in for service. It started with them dropping calls whenever I called to book my car in, then I went there in person and stood for almost 5 minutes at reception with employees moving up and down around me, then the receptionist came and to say he wasn't interested would be an understatement. I finally got the date for the service and was told to arrive at 8AM.i get there at 8AM and had to wait for atleast 30 minutes before the I got to speak to the receptionist who then told me that my car was number 5 on the line, mind you, everyone had arrived after me. When I collected my car after the service, I had to wait another 30 minutes because they had a meeting DURING PEAK HOURS. I was then told that my invoice would be Emailed to me, still waiting. I was again told that they couldn't wash my car and I should comeback for a wash. I'm giving it a 1 because there's no 0.
