Useless in all ways possible
I am beyond mad! They tell you it is only a 7 days subscription and when you pay the amount for the *7 days* and cancel the subscription, they take an amount of R328.96 twice of your bank account and when you call them - Rudest and dumbest people! If you cancel you should pay 2 months which they never informed you off from the beginning!!! Don't trust or use their services!!! Useless!!!!

I am beyond mad! They tell you it is only a 7 days subscription and when you pay the amount for the *7 days* and cancel the subscription, they take an amount of R328.96 twice of your bank account and when you call them - Rudest and dumbest people! I want my money
Their website says create a resume for free and when downloading what you created it gives payment options. I chose 0.95 dollars once off payment for 7 days limited services. They decide to deduct 0.95$ plus 19.95$ altogether, I realized it was a **** and I requested them to cancel and refund my money immediately, they told me I will be refunded withing 7 working days. When following up on my refund they tell me they only refunded me 0.95$ and that 19.95$ is non refundable, I did not authorize that payment
