Horrible experience at Bertha Gxowa

My experience at this hospital was highly contradictory. As a first-time mother, the postnatal ward was awful; the nurses spoke to me with utter disrespect. Furthermore, the Antenatal Care (ANC) section was even worse, particularly one incredibly rude nurse who expects patients to read her mind and consistently delays assistance. On a positive note, I want to commend the labor ward nurses for their exceptional care, respect, and support while I was in labour
